My Role
I co-created and co-hosted the podcast, shaping the themes, structure, and overall strategic direction of the conversations.
My responsibilities included developing episode topics, preparing discussion points, analysing business cases, coordinating production, and ensuring each conversation remained valuable and clear.
I also contributed to the filming setup, visual style, and pacing of the episodes.
Process
The workflow involved researching business topics, designing conversation outlines, and identifying real examples to support each episode.
During recording, I facilitated a balanced dialogue—keeping the tone open and accessible while maintaining strategic depth.
After filming, I collaborated on the editing direction to refine the structure, ensure coherence, and maintain consistent visual quality across the series.
The process was driven by clarity, preparation, and a shared focus on delivering useful insights.
Outcomes
The podcast resulted in a series of strategic discussions that helped demystify business-building and offered relatable guidance for emerging entrepreneurs and creatives.
It strengthened my ability to articulate complex ideas clearly, analyse business structures, and communicate strategic concepts in a simple, conversational way.
This experience directly supports my consulting and mentoring work today by reinforcing my approach to clarity, structured thinking, and practical guidance.
