Introduction

I’m a strategist, mentor, and workflow consultant helping entrepreneurs, creatives, and small teams work with more clarity, structure, and intentional direction.
My work sits at the intersection of creative thinking, practical systems, and smart use of AI – a combination shaped by years of experience in visual production, storytelling, project development, and communication.

My professional journey began in creative environments. Through photography, film, and visual projects, I learned how ideas move from concept to execution, how teams collaborate, and how structure can either support or suffocate creativity. Over time, I realized that most projects don’t fail because of talent – they fail because the process is unclear, the priorities are undefined, or the workflow isn’t built to sustain the work.

That understanding led me to transition into strategy, mentoring, and project consulting. Today, I help clients define their goals, see their challenges clearly, and build working methods that actually fit their reality. My approach is simple: reduce the noise, focus on what matters, and create systems that make work easier instead of heavier.

I work with clients across Europe, especially English-speaking or Spanish-speaking professionals in Poland who want structure, better decision-making, and a more intentional way of working.
